ARE YOUR FLOWERS REAL?

Yes! My Eternal Flower's Eternal Flowers including our Eternal Roses are fresh Ecuadorian flowers that have been specially treated with a high-quality serum to halt the rose life at their beautiful state of bloom.

We have recently introduced our synthetic range of artificial roses which includes our Luxe Rose Heart Bears and Galaxy LED Rose Dome.

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ROSES?

All of our arrangements are low maintenance and require no watering. We recommend the following for a long-lasting impression:

  • Do not remove flowers from their box or glass dome
  • Do not water the flowers.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. We suggest storing the arrangement in a dry room temperature location.
  • Use a soft bristle brush or feather duster to gently remove any dust on petals. 
  • Wipe Eternal Dome with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner to remove dust.

     

    HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?

    All our Eternal Flowers including our Eternal Roses are guaranteed to last at least 12 months with proper care. Our customers have reported our Eternal Flowers to well out last our guarantee; having lasted 3 to 5 years.

      

    DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISED ARRANGEMENTS?

     Yes! We offer an in-house personalisation service, Ma Fleur Atelier. We specialising in creating the perfect arrangement to suit any venue, event or occasion!     DO YOU CATER FOR EVENTS, WEDDINGS AND CORPORATE FUNCTIONS?

    DO YOU DELIVER WEEKENDS?

    Yes! We offer delivery on weekends for Sydney Metro areas. You can select "Weekend Delivery (Order before Friday 2 pm) Sydney Only" at checkout and we will deliver your arrangements on Saturday. If you have any question, contact us via email (sales@myeternalflower.com.au).

     

    I WOULD LIKE TO SEND AN ARRANGEMENTS ANONYMOUSLY. CAN YOU MAKE SURE THE RECIPIENT WON'T KNOW IT IS FROM ME?

    Yes, we can do that. My Eternal Flower deliveries only include recipient details upon arrival and no invoice.

     

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we do! We ships within Australia and to over 25 countries.

     

    DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

    There are no returns or exchanges on any My Eternal Flower Arrangements unless damaged or faulty. As all fresh roses are different in colour, size and shape, we cannot guarantee that every rose will look the same.

    In the unlikely event, you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require our customers to make aware of defective or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement. Please contact us via email (sales@myeternalflower.com.au) with attached images and our team will happily assist. Approved refunds for defective or damaged goods will be issued as per the original payment method.

      

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

    All cancellations must be made within 6 hours of the time of purchase as all our arrangements are made to order. We do not accept cancellations 48 hours before the selected delivery date. We do not accept cancellations within the 2 week before Valentine's Day and on Valentine’s Day, as we are creating your gorgeous arrangements as soon as we receive them to keep up with demand. Due to the nature of the arrangements, we cannot process any cancellations once the order is fulfilled. You can always contact us for any return question via email at sales@myeternalflower.com.au.

    Order cancellations will incur a $50.00 AUD administrative fee. Please email sales@myeternalflower.com.au with your order number to request a cancellation.
